The Company keeps personal details of its customers on file such as names, addresses, Company Business Registration (BR) Certificate numbers, telephone and fax numbers, account numbers and information relating to order quantity and billing, together with other information which may be necessary for the provision of the company services.
Customers are required to supply the company with this kind of data in connection with the opening or operation of service accounts, and when the Company provides other related facilities and services.
The data may be used for the following purpose: the daily operation of the Company's services, conducting customer, product, and service surveys, direct marketing of products and services, and appeals for donation, handling customer complaints, and enquiries, making disclosure under the requirements of any law applicable, any other directly related matters. With respect to personal data received or transferred pursuant to the Privacy Shield Frameworks, CORE is subject to the regulatory and enforcement powers of the U.S. Federal Trade Commission. In addition, CORE commits to cooperate with EU data protection authorities (DPAs) and the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC) and comply with the advice given by such authorities with regard to human resources data transferred from the EU and Switzerland in the context of the employment relationship.
